CHOCKED

Estranged with the thoughts, feelings wrapped around my eyes, shoulders burdened with guilt. The feeling of being with hundreds of people yet with no one. That's how anxiety feels. So, here goes my today's blog.
Here, among all the people we see around us, 60% of them are having anxiety issues yet doesn't have enough confidence to speak about it openly. They neither can speak about it openly with the public nor can hide it. The dread feeling of always losing out on things takes a lot. At least not something normal people feel in their daily life.
There comes a saturation point, where the mind feels like giving up. Where sometimes you feel breathlessness and sometimes just struggling hard to fall asleep, and other times overthinking about a single thing again n again and ending up crying over those things which matter to no one but just you. Yes, that's what anxiety does to all of us.
But it is a common emotion like all others until and unless it becomes a part and parcel of your life. Because it affects the way of living of an individual slowly turning the environment unknowingly toxic. So it's very much necessary to find a way to channelise the anxious feeling instead of letting other people trigger that emotion.
